Fall jewelry Trends

We can all agree permanent jewelry is timeless, but other jewelry trends are still out there coming in! SO I’ve complied a list of jewelry trends you can expect to see this fall and ways you may be able to incorporate them into your business! Bold is the name of the game this fall and I’m HERE for it!

1. Pearls

Do pearls ever really go out of style? I don’t know, I’m especially loving the baroque raw pearls. They add a unique, organic touch. Consider offering pearl charms or connectors that can be seamlessly integrated into your permanent pieces. Check out Goldie Links Society for their fun handmade pearl chains, connectors and “Glow Ups!” Also, think about creating statement necklaces including pearls or bringing on a wider selection of pearl charms for your charm bar.

2. Customized Name Plates

If you’re feeling the vibes of the 90s, you’re not alone! Custom name plates are back, and they’re hotter than your local high school IT girl wearing her name in that iconic goth font, with her matching juicy couture tracksuit..obviously. This trend is easy to incorporate to permanent jewelry by offering a customizable charm or name plate option. An X-tools engraver might just be your new best friend!

3. Charms Charms Charms

Charm me up! Charms are everywhere, from shoe charms to bag charms, the possibilities are endless! Incorporate this by adding to your PJ charm collection or think about adding a charm bar to your business. It’s a fantastic way to let customers customize their own trendy piece. For permanent jewelry charms check out Imprinted Supplies and Essbe Supplies for high quality gold filled and sterling silver charms

Stay tuned, as I’ll be dropping a blog post soon on how to create the perfect charm bar. ✨🧿🎲🪽💕🎱

4. Chunky Chokers

Chunky chokers are back and are an absolute must-have. These pieces combine beautifully with other trends on this list—think chunky charm chokers or mixed metal designs. They can easily transition from casual to glam. Embrace this trend and offer a range of chokers that your customers can wear solo or stack for that perfect layered look. (Spoiler alert: layering is trending too!) I recently did a choker on a client using this chain and I’m obesssssed!!! I’m usually more of a Goldie girl, but I can’t wait to add this silver chunky choker to my necklace stack.

5. Bold Stones and Crystals

Bold stones and deep jewel tones are in this season. They’re a fantastic addition to your permanent jewelry collection, as you can bring on connectors or charms that feature these vibrant gemstones. Think about incorporating rich colors like emeralds, sapphires, and garnets to really tap into this trend! These 14K gemstone connectors are a huge hit for me! I love that they are small and actual gemstones, not CZ

6. Layered Looks

Layering is another gimme for the PJ girls! This could mean doubling, or dare I say tripling up on permanent necklaces. Layering necklaces and bracelets can create a dynamic look that’s both stylish and fun. With layering comes longer necklaces. Another look to keep an eye out for is long pendants. This one I'm not so sure about...pendants don't fit my life style. If that owl pendant from the early 2000's shows its face again I'm ouuut!!

7. Stacked Bangles

Bangles are making a comeback, and the more, the merrier! Offer your customers permanent bangles that they can wear stacked. Check out these from The Forever Jewelry Supply! You can also provide removable ones that are ready to wear. This trend is all about fun and personalization, so let your creativity run wild.

8. Mixed Metals

Mixing metals is here to stay in my book. I did it before it was cool and l'll keep doing it long after it’s gone again! If your customers are nervous to mix their metals, throw a little contrast into your stack to show it off! I love how the silver makes the gold pop. Chefs kiss!

9. Ear Cuffs

For those who want to make a statement without the commitment, ear cuffs are the perfect solution. If you carry ready-to-wear items, consider adding a curated collection of unique ear cuffs that can complement any look. They’re simple yet impactful!

10. Corded Pieces

Last but not least, corded jewelry is making its mark, especially pendant necklaces crafted from corded materials. This can be an easy ready-to-wear option or a fun customizable choice. Let your customers choose their cord and pendant to create something uniquely their own—wham bam, thank you ma’am!

Trends come and go, but the ability to adapt and embrace new ideas is what keeps us ahead of the curve. So, whether you're introducing charms, experimenting with mixed metals, or bringing on unique ready to wear statement pieces, keep your creativity flowing and your business evolving. Here’s to being bold and embracing the jewelry journey!
